    The delivery times will depend on the destination address, item’s location (see below) and, in rare circumstances, item availability. Note that any items that are not currently in stock will have this clearly indicated on their individual product page. Same applies to the items shipped from our international warehouse.

    Average delivery times for products shipped from our local warehouse in Cheltenham, VIC are 2-3 business days.

    Average delivery times for products shipped from our warehouse in Florida, USA are 5-7 business days.

  • Privacy & Security

    The personal information of our customers, being highly sensitive information, is treated with utmost care and diligence. We will not disclose any of your personal information to any third party except for the following circumstances:

    • where  it is required by law or requested by a government agency;
    • where our records indicate that our user may be engaged in fraudulent activity or other deceptive practices that a government agency should be aware of.

    We may also disclose your name and shipping address directly to our wholesale suppliers where we do not have purchased good on hand or where direct shipment methods will result in improved delivery times.

    Finally, all data-sensitive transactions on our website (including purchases and account management functions) are performed via Secure Sockets Layer (SSL) link verified and secured by Starfield Technologies Web Server Certificate.   • Returns & Warranty

    We recommend that customers choose carefully before buying as no returns are permitted where the buyer is simply unhappy with their purchase or has changed their mind. You may visit the ACCC website at for additional information on your consumer rights.

    Dead On Arrival (or "DOA") Products:
    A delivered product is determined to be DOA if it is not of acceptable quality when first removed from its original packaging. The Buyer should notify Buzz Planet (AUS) Pty Ltd about any DOA claims within 72 hrs of product delivery in order to facilitate a faster and efficient product return process. Our Customer Service will make a DOA determination with reference to the relevant legislation contained in the Competition and Consumer Act 2010 (formerly known as the Trade Practices Act 1974). In the case of a DOA determination, Buzz Planet (AUS) Pty Ltd will issue a refund or a replacement to you for a DOA product if there has been a major failure. You have the discretion as to whether you receive a refund or a replacement product in the event that there has been a major failure. Any refunds will not include any associated (original or future) shipping costs. Where a failure does not amount to a major failure, Buzz Planet (AUS) Pty Ltd is entitled to choose between providing you with a repair, replacement, or other suitable remedy.

    The Buyer is responsible for shipping (insurance and transportation) charges from you to us or for us to return a product to you, as well as any import fees, duties and taxes.

  • Payment and Order Management employs one of the most secure payment systems currently available on the internet – PayPal Express Checkout. You do not have to be registered member of PayPal to purchase from our site – simply pay through a credit card payment system available on PayPal. That is, you have the choice to either pay via your credit card or log into PayPal once your order is ready to be submitted. Additionally, customers can make a direct deposit to our ANZ bank account.

    To trace your current orders and view the history of past purchases, please log into your account (see below), or first register to become a valuable member of, and then select "Track My Orders" option in My Account tab on the bottom of the page.

  • Updating Account Information

    To update any of your account information or personal setting, please log into your account, or first register to become a valuable member of, through the log in button on the right side of the page or log in links in the top/bottom menu, and then select My Account option.
